PLEASE NOTE: You must be set up with us as a wholesale account to order in this shop. Please submit our wholesale form to continue with an order. If we receive an order and you are not set up with us, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. If you order with a sales rep, you must contact us first before moving forward with an online order here.
OPENING ORDERS: $100, 6 item minimum per card design (singles), 3 item minimum per calendars, notebooks, gifts, & boxed sets. Boxed sets of cards cannot be separated for individual sale. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
Reorders- minimum $100.

MINIMUM QUANTITIES: Please observe the minimum quantity required to order each item, this will be clearly stated in each item description. If you order below the minimum, this will delay your order.
SALES REPS: If you are in one of the areas below, please reach out to the sales rep there to place an order. If you order here in the online wholesale shop and your shop is located in one of these areas, your order will be delayed. Our sales reps are awesome and they make sure there is not too much overlap in their territories and also regularly check in with retailers with new item samples, specials etc.

STOCKISTS: We do not list our wholesale shops online, mostly because they vary from year to year. But we are more than happy to let you know if you’re interested. And though we cannot guarantee exclusivity, we do try our best to keep our products from overlapping too much in shops that are close to each other.
INTERNATIONAL RETAILERS: Please email your order. International orders pay actual shipping when the order ships. All customs fees due are responsibility of buyer.
TURNAROUND: In stock items ship within 5-7 business days of order placement, depending on season. What we mean by "depending on season"- turnaround time is slowed after we exhibit at a trade show when many orders are received all at once. But we do work diligently to get orders out asap.
PAYMENT: We accept major credit cards and PayPal here online. If you place an order here, you will be paying the balance in advance before the order ships. If you are a retailer that has payment terms established with us, please email your order.
US SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. But from time to time are shipped via USPS first class or FedEx Ground. Shipping costs are different here in the online shop than our regular standard shipping fee. Shipping will be charged by weight of the order. If you see an issue, please let us know.
RETURNS: Only defective goods can be returned, within 5 days of receipt. Please read item descriptions carefully.
PLEASE NOTE: Because all Blackbird Letterpress goods are printed by hand, products may vary slightly. The impression you see in our paper goods will vary depending on the paper and type of relief image we use. A linocut leaves less impression than a photopolymer plate, for example. While we enjoy the texture than debossing creates, we will not exceed the ability of our press or compromise our type or print blocks to make a deeper impression than good printing demands. In everything we print, we strive to maintain high quality and strong design.
ECO COMMITMENT: We are committed to decreasing our footprint on the planet. We use low VOC inks, citrus solvents for clean-up, and recycled & tree-free, non-chlorine bleached papers.
